Associate Optometrist

Clear Eye Health & Eyewear is looking for an exceptional Associate Optometrist to join our growing independent practice in Westport, Connecticut.

At Clear Eye, we believe in providing thoughtful, evidence-based eye care in a warm and modern environment. Our practice provides comprehensive and medical eye care, with a special focus on dry eye and myopia management, supported by advanced technology and an experienced team.

We value clinical judgment, continuing education, collaboration, and autonomy. Our associate will have the opportunity to develop an area of special interest or specialty within the practice, with the support and resources to continue growing clinically.

We’re looking for someone who is clinically strong, personable, and thorough; communicates well with patients and staff; and wants to continue learning and growing as a doctor. Both experienced optometrists and motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.

Schedule & Compensation

2–3 days per week to start, with the opportunity to add days as the schedule grows
$700–$850 per day, commensurate with experience

For the right person, there is also potential for future production based compensation, ownership or partnership.
