Optometrist - 4-6 hours per month - Rocky Hill, CT

The State of CT, Department of Veterans Affairs seeks an optometrist to provide on site services in our Rocky Hill location.

Initially, we are looking for 4-6 hours per month (we are flexible), practitioner must accept Medicare and Medicaid. Copy of license and certificate of liability insurance required.

We offer a well equipped eye clinic and very supportive environment to our doctors.
