WeCare Eye Group is actively seeking qualified candidates for an Associate Optometrists. We are looking for dedicated professionals, including both experienced optometrists and new graduates, who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and are eager to contribute to our team.

Position Details: Associate Optometrist 
 Locations:
  • Cranston Eye & Optical, 868 Reservoir Ave Cranston RI ,02910
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses, and establish strong relationships with patients.

Compensation Package:
To attract the right candidates, we are proud to offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:
Bonus Opportunities (available for both experienced optometrists and new graduates):
  1. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus for a one-year contract.
  2. Enhanced Sign-On Bonus Program: $15,000 sign-on bonus for a three-year contract, with the bonus allocated directly towards student loan repayment at a rate of $5,000 per year.
