Optometrist Needed (Full or Part-time) - High Volume Eye Care Practice - Great Location in Stamford

Stamford Ophthalmology is an independent, physician-owned state-of-the-art eye care center in Stamford, CT, a vibrant and rapidly-growing coastal city just 45 minutes from Manhattan. 

Our practice is looking to add a full or part-time comprehensive optometrist starting in mid-2025 to join our current team of six ophthalmologists and one optometrist. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated eye care provider who would play a primary role in guiding our practice into the future. 

Our Practice: Stamford Ophthalmology was founded in 1974 and has consistently remained a leading eye care provider for the greater Stamford area, including the surrounding communities of Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk and Westport. Our team of seven doctors includes six ophthalmologists (including cornea, pediatrics and oculoplastics specialists) and one full-time optometrist. Our modern downtown office features an Optos wide-field fundus camera, two Zeiss OCT devices, Humphrey and virtual visual field devices, Argos biometer, Pentacam HR, corneal specular microscope, and two lasers (YAG and SLT). We also have our own in-house physician-owned optical shop managed by a full-time optician. Our priority has always been to provide high-quality, personalized care to our patients, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
